Recently, plumbing and electrical installations, along with floorings and walls have been refurbished; gas heating and air conditioning have been installed. The apartment is fully furnished. It has fully access to the internet and cable TV. It has a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment shares the wall with the Hotel Central, which has its own spa, swimming pool and fitness center. NO pets are allowed in the apartment. Monthly utilities are not included in the price of the rent. For longer renting agreements, more than a year, the price is negotiable. 30 days would be a minimum days for rent, and the price would differ.
